Mediasation's training services are designed to be as unique as our customers' needs.  Web Site Management is a process – not a product.  The process of rolling out a completed project and establishing a happy, active end-user base is a critical element of a successful project.

The two critical aspects of training are the creation of training materials and the actual classroom or remote training sessions.

Train-the-Trainer Training
Mediasation provides basic system training as part of our normal roll-out process. As we complete the initial customization and integration process, Mediasation walks our clients through their system. We work together with the client over the next month and provide regular training and system updates throughout this process.

End-User Training
Typically done in a classroom setting, this training comes with completely customized documentation. We walk through actual tasks and refer to the documentation to get people used to referring to the documentation. The documentation is a “how to” manual, with very simple, step-by-step instructions, images and screenshots throughout.

Customized Training
Your Web site management solution is as unique as your organization.
